Jessica Sullivan, DVM, MS
Diplomate, ACVSDr. Jessica Sullivan grew up in Colorado and attended Colorado State University for her BS (2009), MS (2010), followed by her degree in veterinary medicine (2015). She then completed a rotating internship at VCA ARECA in Mesa, AZ, and a surgical internship at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge. Dr. Sullivan then stayed at LSU for a three year surgical residency. After completing her residency in July 2020, she moved back to Arizona to start at Southwest Veterinary Surgical Services in August 2020. Dr. Sullivan completed the process of becoming a board-certified surgeon, passed her board exams and officially became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in May of 2021. She is currently the lead surgeon at Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service for Total Hip Replacement surgeries. Dr. Sullivan is trained in all areas of surgery, but her areas of interest include surgical oncology, soft tissue surgery, wound management, and exotic animal surgery. On her off time she enjoys being active outdoors, yoga, and spending time with her partner Eric and their fur babies.
